I see this as a very good way to recycle. For me reusing stuff is a way to have a good standard of living without being wealthy or even well off. It is a Win-win. I am not aware of any stores like that in our area. Maybe Goodwill, but I do not think that is the same. I have been to some thrift stores in northern WI in which you could buy new for near the same price. I much prefer the locally owned ones versus the big chain stores like Goodwill. I have bought complete suits with the tags still on them for ~$35, that suit was over $400 new.
