That is not a complicated noise. It's in sink with your pedaling.It sounds very external. On the down stroke there is always more torque to the frame (I say, as if you don't know this).That could be twisting some minor problem into a major noise... something is rubbing. Sounds like tire to fender. Is this the same bike you stuck the stick into the spokes? Sometimes a single spoke out of wack(or wacked)can produse that very same noise.

Keep us informed... I'm curious.

The rear hub isn't hard to work on. If I can do it...I know you can.

Since it appears to be in sync with your pedalling, I'd say it is somewhere up front: loose bottom bracket, bent chainring, a crank hitting chainguard or kickstand.
Sturmey Archer 3-speeds aren't so hard to work on, it just takes time.

Has it anything to do with the wheels perhaps? It sounds a bit like when my front wheel touched the breaks when biking. Couldn´t get that sound to appere if I didn´t bike at bthe same time either.

The cheap aze computer I am using doesn't have speakers and even if it did I am deaf enough I probably couldn't hear it anyway.

If it is the hub, dump in more oil, that is the answer to any sound from a Sturmey Archer 3 speed hub, assuming that it is hitting all 3 gears okay. I have torn down several hubs and with one notable exception all the needed was a cleaning and more oil.

Recently I read that ones who worked on it are all dead. Apparently not so, since this 'victim' of oil is still here. Important information here.

They just showed a documentary about the Exxon Valdes oil spill here the otherv day. The oil is till there but around 25cm(10 inches down in to the sand on the shallow bays. That´s why the sea otters doesn´t become more.

I´m afraid that bYou are right, we will most likly kill us all and most other animals too and soon.

Depressing but true, thanks for sharing with us. And, no, I do not feel that you are being weak for not wanting to look at more pictures of animals affected by the oil spill. No one really wants to look at that, and I think the pictures you've already selected say more than enough on their own.

I've been a reluctant PC guru since the days when my tape back up software snuck in some kludged UI built on top of a DOS add-on called "Windows". Only in the last year or two have I felt better about using Windows from a stability and performance perspective. XP SP3 as well as Vista SP2 fully patched up have finally proven OK by me. Then an Office 2007 "upgrade" disabled spell checking across the board, requiring a regedit to resolve. Not a big problem for me, but one more black mark on a long and frustrating list of black marks. I run Ubuntu on my kid's machine. Works great. Lowest maintenance OS in the house.

That is some pole work. In my younger, larger days, I was security at a gentleman's club, conveniently equipted with one shiny brass pole. After-hours, we boys would attempt to reenact some of the basic moves the ladies made look very easy.I say attempt, because none of us were able to do anything more than climb to the top, and even that was difficult for the oil.
